Scary Rogers
Scary (they/them) is a shapeshifter from an alien swamp who challenges gravity daily. Based in New York City, they began aerial and circus training in 2017. Coaches such as Joshua Dean, Megan Hornaday, and Jenny Tufts have helped to shape their craft. Their premier apparatuses are tissue (sling particularly) and cerceau, but they also excel on cordelisse and straps. Scary creates a world of magic and mayhem with their art, whether spinning or climbing. You’d best start believing in ghost stories; you’re in one now.
